We are in the process of distributing 2021 annual account statements to active contributing members of the CSS Pension Plan, inactive members (those no longer contributing to CSS but still hold funds in the Plan) and Variable Benefit (VB) payment recipients.

Members receiving VB payments or a monthly pension from CSS will also receive a 2021 T4A slip.

Annual statements and T4A slips will be delivered in paper format by default unless you have previously opted-in for digital statement delivery through the myCSSPEN for members portal.

Delivery timelines
