In an effort to continually improve the services offered to our members, the CSS Pension Plan is collaborating with our contracted internal auditor, Deloitte, to carry out a phone survey.
In the coming days and weeks, you may receive a phone call from Deloitte's representatives. This survey will cover a range of topics, such as your satisfaction with CSS’ call services, the quality of service provided by our customer service representatives to resolve any issues or concerns, personalized solutions offered, and your overall experience with CSS.
